Welcome to Lou'd IT Creations' FAQ section. Here, you can find all the information you need about shipping, delivery, returns, order tracking, and secure ordering/privacy policy. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our friendly team.
Shipping/Delivery:
All products will be sent out after a 24- to 48-hour processing period. They will all be sent out using Royal Mail 48 tracked, and delivery will cost £3.80. (Subject to change)
Any commission work will be given a 7-working-day grace period to make sure it is made to your exact specifications and then sent by the same delivery method.
Orders posted outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail tracked and will be at cost; any customs or import duties will be the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination.

Returns:
We have a 7-day return policy on any item that is defective or not as described. The buyer is responsible for the return postage with the item in its original packaging.
For custom/personalised items: These are non-refundable unless they arrive broken, as they cannot be resold
Order Tracking:
Using Royal Mail 48 Tracked allows us to know when your parcel has been delivered, as well as provide a day when you should receive your parcel, and this information will be given to you once we know.
Secure Ordering:
All information given to us, such as your name, address and any other sensitive information, is immediately deleted as soon as your 7-day refund period has ended. We only provide payment through bank transfer, and that information is also deleted once we receive payment.

Have you ever wondered what the Lou'd IT logo on my page stood for? It's kind of where Louitcreations all began.
"Lou’d IT" started as a simple phrase, but it quickly became a signature touch of creativity and care. It all began when I poured my time and love into hand-knitted items and pebble art pictures, crafting/creating unique gifts for my family and friends. Each piece carried a personal touch—something truly saying "made with love"—and over time, it became natural to say, "I'd Lou’d IT!"
What started as a playful way to mark my handmade creations grew into something more—a name that represented my passion for crafting and the joy of sharing my work with others. Whether it was a cosy knit or a carefully arranged pebble picture, when someone received one, they knew I had Lou’d IT!.
So every order, every business card, every handwritten note will have a 'Lou'd IT ' logo, meaning I've put my heart and soul into a handmade gift just for you
